The Surveys page contains all Classes/Groups in a Community along with detailed instructions for disseminating the survey to participants. From this page, Community Members can also customize the conditions that appear in the survey as well as preview the survey.
Filter - The filter box can be used to filter by Class/Group name to locate specific Classes/Groups.
Sort - The sort option allows sorting by Class/Group Name as well as by the number of conditions that will appear on the survey. You may sort by # of Conditions to identify Classes that are using less/more conditions than expected, for example.
Survey Instructions - Includes detailed instructions for disseminating the survey, including language that can be used to introduce the survey to participants as well as technical instructions and participation codes. This page will include participation codes for all Classes/Groups you have access to.
Default Survey - Defaults are special rules that Community Leads can set to synchronize setup for any new Class/Group that gets created in the Community.
Edit Classes/Groups - The Edit Classes/Groups button provides the option to customize the number of conditions that will appear in the survey for one or more selected Classes/Groups.
# Conditions - Indicates the number of conditions that will appear in the survey. When clicked, the selected conditions can be edited.
Class/Group Survey Instructions - Includes detailed instructions for disseminating the survey, including language that can be used to introduce the survey to participants as well as technical instructions and participation codes. This page will include participation codes only for the Class/Group indicated.
Class/Group Code - Participants can access the survey for the specific Class/Group by visiting perts.me and entering the unique code.
Student/Participant Link - Participants can also access the survey for the specific Class/Group by using the link with the unique code embedded.
QR Code - A 3rd option for accessing the survey, participants can also access the survey for the specific Class/Group by using the downloadable QR code.
Preview Survey - Preview the survey as it will appear for participants. Please note that survey responses are not recorded when previewing the survey.
