Does PERTS facilitate Communities of Practice?

PERTS facilitates a community of practice for individuals who are leading groups of teachers to use Elevate. This community of practice, that we call the Elevate Facilitator Network (EFN), meets on a monthly basis from September to May to ensure that facilitators are well-equipped to effectively support teachers to gather feedback from their students, engage in improvement cycles to test out changes to their practice, and use data to reflect on student experiences. The EFN is available to all premium partners. Reach out to your Partnership Manager to learn more!

In addition, as part of PERTS premium services, Partnership Managers may consult individually with Elevate Leads to support their facilitation of Communities of Practice. Services also include implementation planning, a batch upload, onboarding, and premium technical support. For more information about premium services, please visit perts.net/elevate/premium.
