Some participants took the survey before I set my survey schedule or on dates different than my schedule.

It happens! Please adjust your survey schedule to reflect when participants actually completed the survey. Those new dates will be used to group responses into the correct survey cycle. After adjusting the dates you should expect:

The Participation dashboard will update to reflect the new dates within 24 hours
The following Monday, at 10am Pacific (PT) /1pm Eastern (ET), updated reports will be issued using the new dates. If you can’t access your reports, see Help! I can’t find my reports or they didn’t update.
