When will my report be available?
Reports are available by 10am Pacific Time (PT) every Monday when there has been survey activity the prior week. Surveys must be completed by the previous Sunday at 3pm PT in order to be included in the following Monday's report.
How do I access my report?
You will receive an email any time a new report is available with a link to access your report. You can also access your report(s) by:
Click on the Community you’d like
Click Reports in the left sidebar
You will find the most recent report(s) at the top of the page
How do I share my report?
To share one report you can save your report as a pdf (see below) or print it and share it directly with any individual(s).
To provide ongoing report access, you need to provide individuals with the right permissions:
Class Report - Invite the individual to be a Class Lead.
Community Report - Invite the individual to be a Community Member.
Network Report - The individual must be added as a Network Lead by PERTS.

How do I save my report?
Each year, Ascend and Elevate close over the summer for enhancements and reports are deleted from the platform. If you’d like to keep any of your reports past the current school year, we strongly recommend you save them to your computer.
To save your reports to your computer, you can:
Access your reports and expand all charts & tables
Click File > Print in your browser’s toolbar
Once your print options appear, instead of actually printing you will see an option to Print to PDF or Save as PDF. On some devices or browsers, you can right-click on a report to view the option to Save as PDF
Follow the prompts to save the PDF to your computer
